「書呆子。之人也，大浸稽天而不溺，大旱金石流土石焦而不熱。(Nothing harms men like these. Floods reaching the sky do not wet them, and drought sufficient to melt metals and rocks and scorch lands and mountains does not burn them. Chapter 1, Let Fancy Roam, Chuang Tzu) 。」

「書呆子。真人也好、至人也好乃至神人，皆不可壞。」
「大宗師。他們招誰惹誰？」
「書呆子。你說什麼？」
「大宗師。天動地變皆因人怨。
「哦，書呆子。原來你說這些天動地變，是因人怨引起天怒所致。」
「大宗師。用平常心。真人登高不慄，入水不濡，入水不熱。(God’s Man does not get dizzy on heights, is not wet in water, nor burned in fire. Let God be Teacher, Chuang Tzu.) 」
「是啊，書呆子。」
「大宗師。阿羅漢騰身於空，上身出水，下身出火，作十八變。若然，阿羅漢和真人，可不可以互相比擬？」
「可以啊，書呆子。但是，你想玩什麼把戲？」
